Jocelynn is 2. She was born with spina bifida, a birth defect that affects the brain and spinal cord. Jocelynn underwent three surgeries in her first year. She has overcome a lot of obstacles and has a long journey of head of her, but she is a smart and very loving 2 year old
The Spina Bifida Association of Kentucky has a mission to make the world a better and brighter place for all those impacted by spina bifida.
